We offer fast delivery within Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland : 1-4 working days.
All Nordic orders are shipped with PostNord to your chosen service point.
For orders within EU 🇪🇺: 2-5 working days
Orders outside Europe: 4-8 working days
Our warehouse is located in Örnsköldsvik, which enables fast dispatch throughout Sweden and Europe.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Do you have questions about the delivery? Feel free to contact us - we will respond quickly!
Customs and VAT
Orders within the European Union we are responsible for the VAT because we are an EU company.
Orders to Norway: we cover VAT and customs duties on orders worth up to NOK 3,000.
Orders outside the EU & Norway: The customer must be aware of the customs and VAT regulations in their country.
Easy Returns - 60 days
You have 60 days easy returns from receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- The code on the Blind box figure must not have been used or registered.
- Both outer packaging and inner bag must be completely unbroken.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
