Refund policy

We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days to request a return from the time you received the item.

If you are to be entitled to a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping slip and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If commercial goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right, notwithstanding the above, to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without requiring any special reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether or not that refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears with you.

Right of complaint

At Tinko, a 3-year right of complaint applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to complain about a fault that was present on the product upon delivery.
  • Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered.
  • In the event of an approved complaint, we offer repair, replacement or refund depending on what is most appropriate.
  • The right of complaint covers original faults, but not wear, misuse or damage caused by the customer.
